Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

At Signature Time, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan for your convenience.

How COD Works

  • Place your order through our website.

  • Our team may contact you to confirm your order before dispatch.

  • Once confirmed, your order will be shipped through PostEx Courier.

  • Pay the total order amount in cash when your package is delivered.

Order Confirmation

To ensure smooth delivery, all COD orders may be verified by phone call or SMS. Orders that cannot be confirmed may be delayed or canceled.

Delivery Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

Refused or Unaccepted Orders

If a customer refuses to accept a confirmed COD order without a valid reason, we reserve the right to refuse future Cash on Delivery orders from that customer.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled while in transit.

Customer Responsibility

Please ensure that:

  • Your shipping address is accurate.

  • Your phone number is active and reachable.

  • Someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.
